Seven Hills is a 1,300 acre guard gated community in south Henderson, developed by American Nevada Corporation starting in the mid-1990s around what's now Serket Golf Club, previously known as Rio Secco, a Rees Jones designed course carved into the Black Mountains with sweeping Strip views from several holes. The community sits on the hillside between Anthem to the south and the Green Valley corridor to the north, and it's known for having one of the widest price ranges of any Henderson master plan, everything from established family homes to multi-million dollar hillside estates, all inside the same gates.

In the fall of 2025, we got a call from a homeowner in the Estates at Seven Hills who was genuinely distraught over a stain on her silk rug. She wasn't sure where it had come from, and given how expensive the rug was, she'd been putting off calling anyone, worried the wrong hands could make it worse rather than better. We transported it to our facility, worked the stain out completely, and delivered it back to her a few days later. She was nearly in tears when she saw it.
