Sunrise Manor was formed in 1957, making it one of the oldest established areas in the Las Vegas Valley, sitting at the western base of Frenchman Mountain with Sunrise Mountain to its east. Decades of growth since then mean the neighborhood today is a genuine mix, some homes going back generations, others built out through the 1970s, 80s, and 90s, with mature trees and established landscaping that give a lot of Sunrise Manor a different feel than the newer master planned communities further out in the valley. A Note on Older Rugs

Why Didn't an Over the Counter Cleaner Fully Get the Smell Out?

It soaks down through the pile and into the rug's foundation, and in a lot of cases straight through to the pad and floor underneath, especially with repeated accidents over time. Many wool safe commercial cleaners also aren't formulated to fully break down the proteins and bacteria responsible for the odor, only to mask it temporarily. Once that pattern repeats over months or years, professional immersion cleaning is really the only way to reach and remove what's built up, since it treats the entire rug from the foundation out rather than spot treating the surface.
